When and where can I have my appointment?
Clinic appointments are located inside of BP Fitness, a boutique personal training gym. We also offer concierge and in-home physical therapy sessions for your convenience. Please contact us to see which options are available in your area.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. This allows us to allocate the slot to another patient in need.
How do I prepare for the session, and what should I wear for physical therapy?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Bring any relevant medical reports or doctor’s notes, ID, and insurance cards with you to the session. We accept cash and credit for copays.

Do you accept insurance?
Currently, I accept Medicare. I do not accept any other insurances at this time. As a concierge Doctor of Physical Therapy, to provide the highest quality of care possible, accepting limited insurances allows me to maintain this standard. For other insurances, we are considered out of network

Clients who work with our concierge team of doctors save time and money compared to traditional insurance-based clinics, thanks to the efficiency and effectiveness of our treatments. We also utilize advanced rehabilitation technology not covered by insurance. Package options are available to further reduce patient costs.

Concierge Physical Therapy is designed to make your therapy and fitness convenient by offering quicker access to appointments, flexible scheduling, and sessions in the comfort of your home or a private gym. For example, patients with shoulder or knee pain often need just 4 to 6 visits with our team over 3 to 4 weeks to significantly reduce—or completely relieve—pain symptoms. This is a sharp contrast to the traditional insurance-based model, which often requires 3 visits per week for 8 to 12 weeks.

Yes, our doctors us a non-aggressive approach to postural and spinal adjustments. We utilize pro-adjustor methods which involves light mobilizations on the spine to correct spinal issues. In addition to a series of postural movements to then help stabilize the spine and hips.
How long are the sessions?
Times can vary depending on treatments. Phone consults last about 15 minutes. Initial examination ranges from 60 to 90 minutes. A standard treatment session is 60 minutes.

We start with a free phone consultation to answer any question and make sure that we are a good fit for our clients.
